today i had a :
banana
plain oatmeal (200 calories)
2 cups of homemade butternut squash soup(squash, carrots, onion, milk, water, seasoning)
avocado dip (about 2 tblspoons..100 calories)
some almond creme (about 2 tablespoons...idk about the calories, but the main ingredient in almond butter, so about 200 calories?)
and 1 grilled chicken breast with seasoning
4 oz of dannon activia yogurt lite(70 calories)
did i eat too much? i know it wasnt all healthy, but i was craving different flavors :P
im aiming for 1200 calories a day, but i felt like i ate alot more?
any tips? Thanks!

No i think you did fine, you probably didn't even hit 1200 calories so you should increase your food intake a little and carefully count the calories to make sure your not eating too little.
