Im starting to workout and looking to get bigger. Going to the gym 5 times a week and need a protein based diet please! I will follow anything that is offered! Please lay out a schedule for me showing me when to eat and when to snack. Dont just tell me eat this at breaksfast or drink this at dinner, I want times please! For example: Morning/ 8:00 6eggwhits Snack/10:00 granola bars Get It? Also when to drink water because I guess I wont have the room to drink water with all these snacks and foods being consumed! Please im so confused I need help!! Thanks!
